Genealogy: Australian Broker to southern Tanzania on a buying trip.  FOco Gems had 1st right of refusal on the parcel once the broker removed the blue rough. Good for FOco Gems they missed the Alexandrites (2 in the parcel). Miner to broker. Broker to FOco Gems.

Comments: The original rough was 3.2cts yielding a 1.17 ct or retaining 37% of the original stone.

This stone requires a certificate for insurance purposes.

History of the stone. Cut as a sapphire from a parcel of quality Tunduru Rough. Stone was identified post-cutting as the result of a light bulb replacement. Lesson learned check twice.
