Comments: Rough was a  16.08 cts crystal shard which cut an incredible 5.64 cts stone (35% of the rough retention).

I tried to get into this area but the government (with good reason I understand) said no.  Having a broker with great connections allowed him (Linh) to access the miners who were happy to come to Saigon, not Hanoi (again related to the border issue).
