Comments: This is a beautiful Sapphire that is well cut with precision cutting.

It does classify as a padparadscha but FOco Gems uses a strict standard (IGS).

The original rough was a river-worn pebble (frosted pitted) of 1.6 cts.

This was fashioned into a 0.38 cts stone retaining 24% of the original.
