Comments: "Really gorgeous gemstones. The original rough was 3.03 cts. This cut a 0.87 cts stone or retained 29%. Cutting pattern is the lead pattern in a book of patterns and ghost stories by FOco Gems.

This might be Alexandrite which will require additional testing.  Identical appearance to known Alexandrite from this area (sulfide inclusion)
